Smarty Pants Supplies is now offering a zester tool. This tool is much like a wood rasp that zests fruit for cooking. It has a soft rubber handle, which makes it easier to control and makes it a bit safer too. The blade is 8” in length by 1”in width and the handle added makes up a total length of about 13”. The blade is made from durable stainless steel and it has a few hundred cutting holes that are incredible sharp but shallow so they mostly slice through the skin of the fruit. Lemons will be honored to meet this tool in any kitchen before they add flavor to your favorite dish.
